John F. Weishan Jr. Announces Bid for Milwaukee County Register of Deeds 2020

Milwaukee County Supervisor John F. Weishan Jr. announced today that he will run for Milwaukee County Register of Deeds.

“The Register of Deeds office is very important to Milwaukee County and the State of Wisconsin. Though sometimes overlooked, vital records keep our economy and our democracy running,” said County Supervisor Weishan.

John F. Weishan, Jr. was elected County Supervisor in April of 2000 and re-elected in 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2018 and 2020.

Supervisor Weishan is a life-long resident of West Allis and is a graduate of West Milwaukee High School. Before serving on the County Board, John served his country in the United States Marine Corps from 1991 to 1995. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the UW–Milwaukee.

John and his wife Karen have two children, Maddalyn and John Noah. They reside in the city of West Allis.
