Plewa comes to Johnson Bank with 28 years of experience in financial services. He specializes in partnering with middle market companies to finance growth, expansion projects, dividend recaps, business transitions and acquisitions. His focus is on middle market businesses and he is an expert in tax exempt bond financing. Plewa is experienced in working with companies in various industries including: metal fabrication, foundries, forging and machining, plastic injection, thermoforming, blow molding, distribution, logistics, and technology-based businesses.
Plewa received his Bachelor’s degree in finance from Marquette University and his MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. He also is a certified public accountant. Plewa is past president and board member of Midwest Business Brokers & Intermediaries (MBBI) and is active with the Boy Scouts of America as a leader of Troop 532.
