McKinley Avenue project enters next phase

4th Street to reopen then closure of 6th Street

The McKinley Avenue project will move into the next phase of work this Wednesday night into Thursday morning. 4th Street between Juneau Avenue and McKinley Avenue will be reopened starting Wednesday evening with lanes reopening to traffic and pedestrians. During the overnight hours 6th Street will be closed to vehicles and pedestrians. This closure will remain in place until the project is completed in June.

The posted detour route will use 4th Street to cross between Juneau and McKinley. Bus routes running along 6th Street will also be detoured. The project is slated for completion in mid-June.
