Packers Announce Roster Moves
The Green Bay Packers have signed CB Elijah Culp to the practice squad and released G Josh Gesky from the practice squad. General Manager Brian Gutekunst announced the transactions Tuesday.
Culp (5-10, 189), a rookie out of James Madison University, was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Arizona Cardinals on May 8, 2026, but was released following training camp. He spent a week this season on the practice squad of the Indianapolis Colts. In college, Culp played at James Madison in 2025 after spending two years (2023-24) at Charlotte following two seasons (2021-22) at Troy and one season at Austin Peay (2020). In his final collegiate season, he earned third-team All-Sun Belt honors. Culp will wear No. 39 for the Packers.
