MILWAUKEE – Join Westown Association for the final Milwaukee Night Market of the 2026 season on Wednesday, October 7. This date was reserved as a make-up event for the vendors and performers that were impacted by the weather-related cancelation in June. The Night Market is held on West Wisconsin Avenue between 2nd Street and Vel R. Phillps Avenue from 5 to 9 p.m.

“Although summer has ended, the Night Market spirit is still going strong, and we invite everyone to celebrate with us one last time in 2026,” said Stacie Callies, Executive Director of Westown Association. “This make-up date gives our vendors and performers another chance to showcase their talents while offering attendees one more opportunity to experience the energy the Night Market brings to West Wisconsin Avenue. We hope you’ll join us!”

The October Market will carry over the Western Night theme from June. Attendees should saddle up for country-western entertainment in the Educators Credit Union Entertainment Zone, located at the main intersection of the Market, featuring country musician Brecken Miles and line dancing performances from Redd’s LineUp. Over at the FPC Live Unplugged tent on Baird Community Commons, hear the upbeat bluegrass sounds from Frogwater.

Attendees have one more chance this year to support the dozens of local businesses that make the MKE Night Market so special. This month, see vendors including Amy’s Candy Kitchen, La Finca Coffeehouse, The Wild ones, ZoZo Cap and more. See the full list of vendors at mkenightmarket.com/october-vendors.

On Baird Community Commons, attendees can help bring the new Pumpkin Hut at Halloween Village to life during this special activation brought to you by Milwaukee Downtown, Baird and Wisconsin Center District. Participants of all ages are invited to create a one-of-a-kind Jack-O’-Lantern that will be displayed inside the Pumpkin Hut for the community to enjoy. Carving stations are open from 5 to 7 p.m., and all supplies will be provided. Advanced registration has closed, but limited day-of registration will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Halloween Village at Baird Community Commons is free and open to the public through November 1.

The fun continues at Vel R. Phillips Plaza with yard games, foosball tables and giant Jenga. Plus, Draft & Co.’s Beer Garden Bazaar will have more vendors, flash tattoos, vintage clothing, ceramics, music and great food and drinks. See more details on all activations at mkenightmarket.com/special-activations-oct.

Thanks to Interstate Parking, those coming downtown for the Night Market are encourages to take advantage of the $5 parking rate at The Avenue structure (entrances at 615 N. Plankinton Ave. and 258 W. Michigan St.). Guests should also consider using ride share services or public transit such as The Hop and MCTS to travel safely and responsibly.

W. Wisconsin Ave. will close at 10 a.m. for event set-up at 2nd St. and Vel R. Phillips Ave., along with mid-block closures on N. MLK Dr. between Wells St. and W. Wisconsin Ave. and Vel R. Phillips Ave. north and south of W. Wisconsin Ave. Streets will reopen after 11 p.m.
