MADISON, Wis. — This week, we’re taking a look at how Congressman Tom Tiffany has made healthcare more expensive and harder to access for Wisconsin families. First up: the plan he still won’t tell you about.
“Congressman Tom Tiffany has been in politics for nearly two decades and somehow still doesn’t have a plan for Wisconsin,” said Democratic Party of Wisconsin spokesperson Emily Stuckey. “The only plan Tom Tiffany has been able to follow is the DC playbook of passing trillions in tax cuts for the billionaires that fund his campaign at the expense of Wisconsin families.”
Since announcing his run for governor, Congressman Tiffany has been ducking press and desperately avoiding questions on his plans for Wisconsin and it’s clear why — he doesn’t have one. Just weeks before Congressman Tiffany voted for a House funding bill that gutted ACA funding and will lead to skyrocketing health care premiums for up to 300,000 Wisconsinites, Tiffany admitted he still doesn’t have a plan to address the healthcare crisis.
