This is a little sloppy. You don’t mention Hong in your gubernatorial candidates at the event — but she’s literally in the header image you use on this article (untagged). Also, I saw Ryan Clancy at the event several times; he wasn’t hard to find.

Looks like my comment got deleted (or didn’t post) — this is sloppy; Hong isn’t cited as a gubernatorial candidate present but she’s literally in the cover photo for the story (untagged). Also, Ryan Clancy was certainly at the event; I saw him several times; it’s not like he was hiding. Pretty weak to go “if he was there, I didn’t see him” — if you’re going to write about his race, then look for him!
