    Such a shame, it had a blue collar charm to it that felt like a nod to that areas industrial past. While Rite Hite has certainly made a lot of investment in the former rail yard id like to see them develop the land for housing. That area has a lot of local establishments nearby, An empty lot is a blank canvas
