    These projects are really needed as the number of persons killed by reckless drivers each year.

    TRAUMATIZED

    Do you know the rest of the story as Paul Harvey would say? ]

    If you want to change the behavior of those who use any of the forms of socially unacceptable behavior it is time to INVEST in therapy for all the kids in the City primarily MPS to get the HEALING THERAPY for the injury to their brains caused by TRAUMA.

    Do not try to control the behavior but to change the behavior.
