    oh lovely more high end apartments supported by low income tax credits. unless i missed it, and i hope i did, there is no mention of how many units will be for low income people or even reasonably priced units for low middle class, by income, people.

    @Tornado75 – None of the River House buildings are backed by low-income housing tax credits (and the credits require that 80% of units in a building are set aside at affordable rates). The affordable housing project is to the east, EIGHTEEN87 on Water
