    For a neighborhood as diverse as riverweat what a sad picture of how segregated the event is. It’s 99% white people.

    This is truly wonderful even. A combination Mardi Gras/ tour de France. We live on the course and still camp out for it. It’s a family holiday that I know my family and I look forward to every year.
