For the second time, community members have an opportunity to vote for their favorite organizations and individuals for the Milwaukee Awards for Neighborhood Development Innovation (MANDI) People’s Choice Award. The top three vote-getters each will win a $1,000 prize.

The MANDIs, a project of LISC Milwaukee, highlight unsung heroes working to revitalize Milwaukee’s most distressed urban neighborhoods.

The People’s Choice Award is the only award put to a popular vote. An article and video about each finalist can be found on the voting page hosted by Milwaukee Neighborhood News Service.

Three People’s Choice winners will be chosen from among the 15 MANDI finalists in five categories. Winners will be announced at a dinner on March 16 at the Potawatomi Event Center.
