Apartments are nothing more than an income stream for wealthy landlords. Rich or poor funnel money to the landlord year after year after year. Whatever happened to the dream of home ownership? There needs to be other choices for reasonable housing instead of hosing.

Ownership isn’t for everyone Jan. The pluses and minus to either option and you need to weigh those against your goals and lifestyle to decide what is the best match be it owning/leasing a vehicle or housing.
