Mother’s Day is this Sunday. If you’re still looking for ideas, you’re in luck! TCD offers a quick guide to get you started on mimosas, champagne, buffet and chef prepared courses. But don’t wait too long — reservations are filling up fast and you don’t want mom to miss out on these piquant celebrations.

Café at The Hilton 509 W. Wisconsin Ave, Milwaukee
Buffet style brunch from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The meal features starters, pastry chef table, doughnut station, waffle station, freshly cracked omelets to order, carving station with Virginia ham and garlic studded turkey, salads, brunch dishes and children’s buffet. From 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. treat your mom to a 3-course brunch menu. Regular menu selection will also be available throughout the day. Mom gets a $25 Dining Card for a future evening out. Cost: $29.95 per guest, reserve online.

Milwaukee Public Museum800 W. Wells St., Milwaukee
Brunch features juice, coffee, a continental assortment of pastries and fruit, a carving station for specialty tenderloin, breakfast station with a variety of eggs and pancakes, a brunch station with various salads, a selection of desserts and a champagne fountain. Brunch will include Museum admission for the day, including great activities. This Mother’s Day brunch includes lobster & pasta, New York strip steaks and apple walnut crepes among other items. Mom gets a free creamy mousse with fresh raspberries, garnished with a chocolate dipped butter cookie and homemade chocolate sauce. Other dessert and menu items available.

This is not a brunch, but who can turn down a buffet and day of pampering? Mothers will be treated to complimentary massages, mimosas, chocolate covered strawberries and flowers.
