Milwaukee Public Market Manager Resigns

By - Sep 17th, 2007 05:11 pm

The general manager of the Milwaukee Public Market, Meg Rauschenberger, has resigned, ending the term of the third manager since the market opened in October of 2005.  Instead of giving the fourth a chance, the Third Ward Association has elected not to replace the general manager position.  Looking to trim overhead the market management team will have oversight from Third Ward Association President Ron San Felippo and Executive Director Nancy O’Keefe.

I’ve always loved the atmosphere of the market and the friendliness of the vendors, but I wish they had more ready-to-eat food (which they have been working to address).
