Milwaukee – Today I am proud to endorse Democratic State Representative Josh Zepnick for reelection to the 9th Assembly District on Milwaukee’s South Side.

Representative Zepnick is a former Chair of the Milwaukee Delegation and has served two Governors on the Council on Workforce Investment. That group helped Milwaukeebring the workforce agency, Employ Milwaukee, to the City. Millions of dollars in public and private sector funds have been invested in job creation and workforce development throughout Milwaukee.

Representative Zepnick has worked closely with the City of Milwaukee on many infrastructure projects and is a strong voice for getting our fair share of dollars from Madison.

I’ve appreciated Josh’s commitment to Milwaukee, working on partnerships with me including the Menomonee Valley revitalization, cleaning up and beautifying the KK River corridor, and the South 27th Street business district. His work with the ME2 program and Focus on Energy has helped many of home owners and businesses on Milwaukee’s South side go green and save money on utility bills. ”
