Enroll in TSA Pre✓® at MKE for a limited time

Mobile Enrollment Center will visit Milwaukee Mitchell Airport for two weeks this summer

MILWAUKEE (July 8, 2019) – Passengers looking to speed their way through airport security will have the opportunity to enroll in the TSA Pre✓® expedited screening program when Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE) hosts a TSA Pre✓® Mobile Enrollment Center this summer.

Passengers enrolled in TSA Pre✓® do not need to remove shoes, 3-1-1 liquids, laptops, light outerwear or belts when going through TSA security screening. All of the airlines serving MKE participate in TSA Pre✓®, including Air Canada, Alaska, Allegiant, American, Delta, Frontier, Southwest, United, and Volaris.

Enrollments will be offered during the following times:

  • Monday through Friday, July 22 – August 2
  • 8:00AM – 12:00PM and 1:00PM – 5:00PM
  • Main terminal/Concession Mall, near the House of Harley store

Travelers are strongly encouraged to pre-enroll and schedule an interview at Walk-ins are permitted without appointment, however there may be a wait for service.

Applicants need to bring a passport (or a government-issued photo ID and proof of citizenship) to complete enrollment. The application fee for a five-year membership is $85, payable by credit card, money order, company check or certified/cashier’s check. Cash and personal checks are not accepted. The application process includes an in-person interview, background check, and fingerprint processing.

MKE currently offers nonstop flights to 40+ destinations coast-to-coast, and 160 international destinations are available from Milwaukee with just one connection. MKE is served by Air Canada, Alaska, Allegiant, American, Delta, Frontier, Southwest, United, and Volaris. The complete list of nonstop cities can be found at

Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport is owned by Milwaukee County and operated by the Department of Transportation, Airport Division, under the policy direction of the Milwaukee County Executive and the County Board of Supervisors. The Airport is entirely funded by user fees; no property tax dollars are used for the Airport’s capital improvements or for its day-to-day operation.
