DESCRIPTION:Anodyne Coffee Roasting Co. presents a night of live music featuring Chris Haise Band\, Stephen Hull Experience and Alyssia Dominguez! \nThe Milwaukee based Chris Haise Band’s (pronounced Hi-zee) music is a blend of hook filled ballads and toe tappers. Mixing Folk and Rock\, Haise’s vocals have been described as Dylan meets Springsteen meets Petty\, while his lyrics have been described as “smart new songwriting” and “Intense\, Thoughtful Songcraft”. \nIn 2017\, Chris Haise released his solo album entitled “Your Ugly Friends” which was nominated for 88Nine’s Music Awards for Album of the Year\, Independent Release of the Year\, and Solo Artist of the Year. He was also selected as NSAI “One to Watch” along with winning Dylan Days Singer/Songwriter Contest. 

Adding members Mark Harrig (guitar/vox)\, Chris Dickerson (bass)\, Tony Sturino (cello/vox)\, & Chad Burgess (drums)\, CHB became a WAMI award nominee on the steps of their first full band album “Suburban View” released in 2019. Again\, CHB was nominated for 88Nine’s Music Awards for Album of the Year & Band of the Year. In 2020\, singer song-writer Chris released a solo record during the pandemic lockdown called ‘The Quarantine Tapes.’ 2021 brings another full band album release titled ‘Half Of All Of Nothing.’ \nTickets are $10 in advance or $15 at the door.

DESCRIPTION:Anodyne Coffee Roasting Co. presents a night of live music featuring Trapper Schoepp and special guest B.J. Fisher! \nIn 2019\, Milwaukee’s Trapper Schoepp hit a songwriter’s jackpot: a co-write with Bob Dylan. And the circumstances were wildly serendipitous. On the day Dylan entered Columbia Studios in 1961 to begin recording his first studio album\, he wrote a song about Wisconsin. The lyric sheet sat unseen with a former roommate\, and was later unearthed and put up for auction at $30\,000. Schoepp saw the story and seized the opportunity to set music to words. After Schoepp’s effort\, he was granted Dylan’s approval to jointly publish the song. This 57-year-collaboration–“On\, Wisconsin”–led to features in Rolling Stone and Billboard\, an album called Primetime Illusion produced by Wilco’s Patrick Sansone\, and nearly a hundred international tour dates. But other ventures in the singer-songwriter’s life weren’t as fulfilling. \nTickets are $15 in advance or $18 at the door.
