SUMMARY:Bottoms Up with DevOps
DESCRIPTION:DevOps is a set of practices that combines software development (Dev) and IT operations (Ops). It aims to shorten the systems development life cycle and provide continuous delivery with high-quality software. DevOps is complementary to Agile software development; several DevOps aspects came from the Agile approach of breaking down components and batch sizes. \nMany fundamental DevOps practices are inspired by other well-known practices as well\, such as Lean and Deming’s Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle and The Toyota Way. DevOps is a “bottom-up\,” flexible practice\, created by software engineers to meet software engineers’ needs. \nJoin New Resources Consulting as we\, and a panel of experts\, discuss the “bottom-up” approach and flexible practices that support software development and help you obtain company objectives. The event is free to attend; all are welcome to join us for an evening of networking and connecting around this shared topic. \nFeatured Speakers: \n\nDavid Manske | Sr Dir IT Digital Strategy & Technology @ Generac\nPatrick Gaynor | IT Delivery Manager @ RW Baird\nMike Krenzke | VP of R&D @ ConsortiEX\n\nModerator: Dale Mittelstaedt | VP Platform & Process Integration @ HSA Bank
