In the event of inclement weather\, class will be held inside the Museum. \nClass begins at 8 a.m. Arrive as early as 7 a.m. with your yoga mat to settle into the space before the class starts. \nAfter class\, extend your visit to the café and store\, which open early\, at 9 a.m. Parking is available in the Calatrava underground garage; enjoy a $5 rate when you exit before 10 a.m.

It’s a facilitated experience that you attend with a friend\, family member or partner. \nYou sit across from each other in a relaxed\, casual setting and engage in a few structured activities. You set the time aside to spend with someone you care about\, and we create a space where phones are put away for you to attentively listen\, learn and share. \nTypically there are three activities. For example\, one of them involves you writing down three words you’d use to describe the person you’re with\, and then spending ten minutes swapping those words and sharing your appreciation for one another. \nYou don’t chat to random people. The full experience is with someone you know\, and by the end of the event you’ll feel a little closer to whoever you’ve attended with. \nTickets: $20 for two people

DESCRIPTION:The Shots4Meningitis Golf Outing began in 2005 after Bob and Dee Dee Werner lost their daughter\, Becky\, to meningitis in 2004. \nThe outing was started as a way to raise funds for the Becky Werner Meningitis Foundation\, so the foundation could fund research and the needs of survivors and their families. \nThe funds are also used to raise awareness about meningitis and the vaccines that are available.
