SUMMARY:Willy Porter's Annual Benefit Concert for Advocates of Ozaukee
DESCRIPTION:Join the Advocates of Ozaukee for Willy Porter’s Annual Benefit Concert featuring Humans In a Room Quartet! Doors open at 7:00 p.m. Concert starts at 7:30 p.m. \nDon’t miss out on this special night of music and community impact featuring a performance from Willy Porter featuring Humans in a Room Quartet. \nWilly Porter’s Humans in a Room is the gorgeous result of a collaboration between four musicians\, a microphone company and a shared desire to record as simply as possible while giving the end listener a seat in the middle of the recording session. \nPorter is joined here by cellist and vocalist\, Mai Bloomfield\, vocalist Carmen Nickerson & multi-instrumentalist Ryan Pearl. The album was recorded live in the studio in two one-day sessions at East West Studios in Los Angeles & Ocean Way\, Nashville. It captures the powerful dynamics and musicality of this ensemble as they traverse some new material with rich multi-part vocal harmonies that ranges from new Americana to progressive folk and surrealist acoustic arrangements. \nLink to the new album and video: https://linktr.ee/funkywonka \nTickets \n$35.00 plus service fee
