We’re featuring 10 of Milwaukee’s finest Food Trucks and 3 of Milwaukee’s grooviest Jazz Bands. \nCheck the website www.foodtruckfrenzy.org for a full list of trucks. There’s something for everybody! \nCome for the food\, stay for the music! \nFrom 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Jazz Flux channels a river of sound flowing with the sonic influences of jazz\, pop\, rhythm and blues\, and funk.\nFrom 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. it’s the big\, big sound of the 21-piece Brew City Big Band playing all your favorite danceable jazz standards.\nFrom 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. it’s the masterful J Ryan Trio playing everything from Steely Dan to Charlie Parker! \nAdmission is free! Bring your lawn chairs or grab a picnic table. \nPlus there’s a playground\, bag toss games\, a bounce house\, facepainting and from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. flower pot decorating for the kids! $6 get a flowerpot\, paints\, decorations and a flower to plant. The kids have fun and you get some crazy fun photo ops. \nProceeds from beer\, soda\, water and hard seltzer sales help with our local service projects and will go in part to the Rotary International’s effort to eradicate polio worldwide!
