DESCRIPTION:Join local artist Nyia Luna to learn painting techniques and add to collaborative murals created with drawings sourced from community members that represent joyful colors and peaceful days. \nThis event is included in Museum admission and free for Members. Museum admission is always free for kids 12 and under\, thanks to an anonymous donor. \nAbout the Artist \nNyia Luna\, a Milwaukee born and raised muralist\, beautifies her community through largescale murals. She also runs a Foto Booth brand\, Foto Mamis\, where she blends her passion of Polaroid fotography and one of one hand painted backdrops. For the past 6 years she has apprenticed under muralists throughout the Bay Area\, Chicago and Milwaukee to develop her skill in painting realistic portraits of people that honor the people. \n
