SUMMARY:Screening: “SABLE\,” by Bon Iver and Erinn Springer
DESCRIPTION:In celebration of the launch of Bon Iver’s new album “fABLE\,” join the Milwaukee Art Museum for the premiere of the previously unreleased triptych film “SABLE\,” a poignant collaboration between Wisconsin artists Bon Iver and Erinn Springer. \n“SABLE\,” depicts a journey of introspection and emotional evolution. Through minimalist visuals and contemplative imagery\, the three-song EP from Bon Iver explores themes of solitude\, reflection\, and the passage from personal turmoil to resolute hope. Three individual videos were released in the fall of 2024 alongside the songs of “SABLE\,”: “THINGS BEHIND THINGS BEHIND THINGS”\, “S P E Y S I D E”\, and “AWARDS SEASON”. These three songs comprise the opening tracks of Bon Iver’s new album “SABLE\, fABLE\,” launching April 11\, 2025. \nThis screening is included with Museum admission and is free for Members. Admission tickets are available at the door or online. The film plays continuously all day in Lubar Auditorium\, with screenings starting every 30 minutes. \n

Attendees can sample the best Bloody Marys the Milwaukee area has to offer. Bars and restaurants enjoy the opportunity to give back in a fun\, unique way while showcasing their signature mixes and garnish. Tickets are on sale now! \nHemophilia and von Willebrand disease are rare bleeding disorders that impact more than 3\,600 Wisconsinites. Bleeding disorders bring many challenges — social\, financial\, and medical. GLHF’s mission is to educate\, support and advocate for the bleeding disorders community; and our vision is for people living with a bleeding disorder to live life with fewer limitations. \nDRINK LOCAL \nMilwaukee bartenders showcase their signature Bloody Mary recipes while guests enjoy beer chasers\, appetizers and vote for their favorite bloody.
