SUMMARY:Milwaukee County Investing In Justice Community Listening Session
DESCRIPTION:Built nearly 100 years ago\, Milwaukee County’s Public Safety Building – where many courtrooms are located – is crumbling\, inefficient\, and poses risks to community safety and justice. It must be replaced\, and the County must re-envision and invest in a design and approach that improves outcomes for all who touch the justice system. \nAs the County continues to approach planning intentionally\, the County is holding three listening sessions in March to share updates and seek the community’s valuable input on what necessary improvements to Milwaukee County’s courthouse facilities could look like.
