SUMMARY:KASE + Drive-a-tron + Shontrail
DESCRIPTION:Join Anodyne Coffee Roasting Co. for an evening of live music featuring KASE\, Drive-a-tron and Shontrail! \nKASE: Unlike the Classical player\, the jazz artist must achieve a technique that uncovers the self\, that answers the question that Ellison says is the question of American art: Who am I? \nWe are musically restless. Sometimes we feel unsettled\, unprepared\, uneasy – maybe a sense of searching is a more appropriate (positive?) way of putting it. There are times when we think this is a good thing\, other times – maybe not. \nDrive-a-tron: Drive-a-tron is an indie-rock/dance outfit mixing heavy grooves\, pulsing keyboards\, and poly-rhythmic lyrics as ingredients in a joyous musical burrito. Lightweight and easy to pack\, Drive-a-tron is typically run by one person who writes the songs\, plays the instruments\, makes the videos\, and changes the oil. Dancing\, sweating\, and joy are the goals but a closer look at the song lyrics may surprise you with stories of complex characters and situations. \nShontrail: My name is Shontrail and I was born and raised in the South Side of Milwaukee\, Wisconsin. Music has always been a key part of my life. It got me through a lot growing up. I started recording music seriously in early 2021. I try to be attentive and hands on in everything I do. Acting as a creative director for my sound and image. I didn’t grow up playing any instruments and because of this\, I feel like I need to compensate for everything else such as: Melodies\, visuals\, and passion. Growth and quality are two things I’ll always strive for. \nTickets are $12 in advance or $15 at the door. \n
