DESCRIPTION:The Jackson Park Farmers Market is held Thursday evenings\, June 13 through Oct. 3\, 2024\, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at 3500 W. Forest Home Ave. On the KK Riverway Parkway between S. 43rd St. and W. Forest Home Ave.\, next to the Boat House. There will not be a market July 4\, 2024. \nThe market offers fresh produce\, honey\, coffee\, tea\, flowers\, popcorn\, bakery\, prepared food including food trucks\, kids activities\, health and wellness community partners and live music. Operated by the Jackson Park Community Association. \nVisit our Taste It Tent each week. \nAt the Taste It Tent\, visitors can sample an array of fresh fruits and vegetables\, discover creative ways to incorporate them into their daily meals\, and learn about the benefits of a wholesome diet. By encouraging more people to visit the markets\, we not only support our hardworking farmers but also foster education and health within our communities. \n
