DESCRIPTION:Join Anodyne Coffee Roasting Co. for an evening of live music featuring The Farwell Kings\, Eccentric Acoustic and Paul Smithh and Andy Jehly! \nThe Farwell Kings are a cicada of sorts on the Milwaukee Music scene – hibernating for extended periods to eventually bust out and reveal their rejuvenated glory. This latest incarnation arrives with a fresh mix of originals accompanied by select covers ranging from alt-country to Americana\, retro-pop\, and all other things that are basically Rock & Roll. Take the shared lead vocals\, add in a little (literally) accordion and resonator guitar for spice\, and you get our unique breadth of fun music for head\, heart\, and butt. \nEccentric Acoustic is a trio featuring Ruth Williams on mandolin\, Sandy Stehling on guitar\, and Scott Emmons on bass. They perform a wide variety of music\, ranging from swing era jazz and country blues to more contemporary country\, folk\, and Americana. \nPaul Smith & Andy Jehly bring harmony\, humor\, and laid-back style to their favorite songs\, ranging from folk and blues to Motown and psychedelic rock. Both are multi-instrumentalists\, incorporating guitar\, dobro\, lap steel\, bass\, keyboards and ukulele into their music. Paul and Andy come from very different musical backgrounds\, Andy mainly from traditional music and the 90s and Paul focused on folk rock\, Beatles\, and 1967 American psychedelica. They share a passion for music with history\, great harmonies\, and evocative lyrics. They’ve played together since about 2014. \n
