Another Yellow Dog Records release followed in 2015 featuring Nigerian-American singer Yana: No Hotel. Vocalist Berit Ulseth joined the band for Pull Closer to Me: Live in the Piano Room (2017) and Dance Scandal at the Gymnasium (2018\, helmed by Grammy-winning Black Keys producer Mark Neill). \n

DESCRIPTION:Join Anodyne Coffee Roasting Co. for an evening of live music featuring Kat and the Hurricanes\, ADORNER and Alley Eyes! \nAlley Eyes is a Milwaukee based garage rock band where last call love songs meet indifferent odes to modernity\, where seedy guitar riffs meet haunting synth lines\, where desert psychedelic rock meets John Carpenter themes… \nADORNER Is a Psychedelic Rock band project by songwriter Madeline Stadel\, based out of Milwaukee\, WI. Formed at the end of 2020\, the group writes Indie rock with a poetic disposition\, combining psychedelic edge with soulful emotion. The members feature Madeline Stadel on vocals and keyboards. On drumset\, Kay Speidel and Donna Renee on guitar. \nThey released their self-titled EP on May 6th 2022\, and are actively recording and writing as a group\, as well as playing shows. The group is ready to bring music that is according to The Milwaukee Record*\, “dreamy and impassioned”\, as well as\,”unique and powerful.” — *Matt Wild\, The Milwaukee Record\, 2022 \nKat and the Hurricane is an award-winning genre- and gender-bending indie-pop/synth-rock trio from Madison\, Wisconsin. Lead singer/guitarist Kat Farnsworth (they/them)\, keyboardist/vocalist Benjamin Rose (they/them)\, and drummer Alex Nelson (they/them) deliver a unique blend of pop and haunting indie rock they affectionately refer to as “Sad Lesbian Music.” \nTickets are $10 in advance or $15 at the door.
