DESCRIPTION:Shred415 East Side specializes in high intensity interval training\, and was recently voted 2020’s Best Boutique Fitness Studio in Milwaukee! Join us for this 45 minute livestream workout led from the studio and taught by Owner & Instructor\, Margaux Chandler. You’ll be guided though strength and cardio exercises\, and all fitness levels are welcome. The only equipment needed is a yoga mat\, a sweat towel\, and a water bottle. Shred415 will provide the music\, experience\, sweat\, and fun. We look forward to virtually shredding with everyone! \nReservations for class can be made via the Shred415 app\, by selecting the East Side location. Simply register and sign up for the “Giving Fest Livestream” listed on February 1st at noon.
