The film asks us to consider how food growing and preparation might change in the time of climate change\, as environments become more hostile to farming. \nKyle Cherek’s guest\, Chef Seth VanderLaan\, is currently the Executive Chef for the Brewers\, but because of his innovations at the stadium (such as vertical gardens that grow produce for the stadium itself) Space X (Elon Musk’s space innovation company) has hired him to consult on food matters relating to space projects.
