SUMMARY:Yacht Blast For Kids 2020 Boat Parade
DESCRIPTION:Since its Inception in 2009\, Yacht Blast for Kids has granted 231 wishes for deserving Wish Kids through Make-A-Wish Wisconsin. For the past 12 years\, generous boat owners taken wish families out on their yachts for a special day on the water. \nDue to COVID-19\, Yacht Blast For Kids 2020 will look different than years past. This year\, Yacht Blast For Kids will be a boat parade which will depart from the lake near the Calatrava at 1 p.m. on Sunday\, August 30th and make its way under the Hoan Bridge\, up the river\, and will turn around near the Milwaukee Ale House. \nThe community is asked to find a spot on the lakeshore or on the riverwalk and enjoy a boat parade\, which will feature some of Milwaukee’s best vessels\, and of course make a donation to this fundraiser at yachtblast.org. \nIf you’re a boater and would like to be involved please complete this short form: bit.ly/yachtblast \nFor more information on the boat parade\, or to donate please go to yachtblast.org or email Kelsey at krice@wisconsin.wish.org. \n
