The Jubilee benefits Progressive Community Health Centers with proceeds from ticket sales supporting the agency’s mission to provide medical and dental services to people of all ages and incomes\, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Progressive Community Health Centers operates three clinics in Milwaukee’s central city and serves nearly 15\,000 patients per year\, more than 90 percent of whom live in poverty.
