DESCRIPTION:Join Anodyne Coffee Roasting Co. for an evening of live music featuring Secret Menu\, Disaster Kid\, Jacob Slade and Ugly Cousin! \nSecret Menu \nSecret Menu is a four-piece alternative rock band made up of Raf\, Andrew\, Matt and Evan. They focus on writing songs true to experience with a style that blends story-telling verses and dense vocal harmonies with a classic rock sound. In true Midwest fashion\, the band practices out of a red tool shed\, turned music studio. All together Secret Menu’s purpose is to inspire\, because life is too short to be asking yourself\, “What if?” Might as well go for it. \nDisaster Kid \nChicago Nostalgia rock trio Disaster Kid finds reflection at the core of their music. Packed together by vivid detail and passionate melodies\, their cathartic indie rock sound is lined with lyrical storytelling which emphasizes the mysticism in the mundane. \nJacob Slade \nJacob Slade is a indie-folk/pop artist from Milwaukee\, WI. He has garnered wide-spread recognition for his song “However You May” after it was spotlighted on Spotify’s Fresh Finds\, Fresh Finds Folk\, Morning Acoustic\, and juniper playlists. \nAs 2023 comes to a close\, Jacob celebrates the release of his third independent album Soft Spoken.
