DESCRIPTION:Join Anodyne Coffee Roasting Co. for an evening of live music featuring Micah Emrich\, FTBK\, Duwayne and Nzinga! \nMicah Emrich \nContinuing his string of releases since 2020\, Milwaukee’s Micah Emrich embraces his sound best described as “Alternative Everything.” After the success of his first release\, “Closure\,” Micah was inspired to continue his musical journey. As a versatile singer-songwriter/producer\, Emrich is motivated by personal experiences and candid thoughts\, crafting catchy hooks and leaving lasting impressions. \nFTBK \nWisconsin native\, FTBK\, emerges as a dynamic force in the realm of alternative hip-hop. Drawing inspiration from the tapestry of real-life experiences\, FTBK weaves a narrative that resonates with authenticity and raw emotion. As a multi-faceted artist & producer\, FTBK has one goal in mind – To leave it all on the table. \nDuwayne \nMilwaukee born musician and songwriter\, Duwayne\, combines moving melodies with intricate rhythmic syncopation to create his freeform songs. Using a philosophy he coins “Eccentric Esotericism”\, Duwayne supplements his instrumental grooves with lyrics that are both ideal for the easy listener and the deep diver. The multi-instrumentalist has also performed as a drummer for other Midwest acts such as “Land Locked Surf Rock” band\, Fellow Kinsman. \nNzinga \nNzinga is a Milwaukee born-and-raised singer/songwriter and guitarist. She enjoys blending genres and music eras to culminate in her own unique sound. Her music serves as a space for personal reflection and processing as she navigates early adulthood\, cultivating relationships and growing into oneself. Current influences include Esperanza Spalding and hyperpop\, Sade and nyahbinghi\, Yebba and afrobeats\, Lauryn Hill and indie/alt folk\, H.E.R. and various Latin styles. \nTickets are $12 in advance or $20 day of show. \n
