DESCRIPTION:This 8-week education course is offered at no cost to participants and provides support to those closest to a person living with a mental health condition. Family-to-Family is taught by trained facilitators who are also family members of a loved one diagnosed with a mental health condition.\nTopics covered are as follows: Cultivate coping skills Improve problem-solving abilities. Find and use local resources.
