DESCRIPTION:NAMI Family & Friends is a free seminar that informs family and friends of those with mental health conditions how to best support their loved ones.\nNAMI Family & Friends is led by trained instructors with lived experience supporting a loved one with a mental health condition. This is also an opportunity to meet other people in similar situations and gain community support.\nThis seminar will be offered ONLINE and will be done in two sessions at two hours each.
