DESCRIPTION:Lake Lawn Resort will honor those who have served our country with a special USO-style big band tribute on Friday\, Nov. 11 from 6:30 to 11 p.m. in Lake Lawn Resort’s Geneva Ballroom. Featuring a dinner and big band performance\, as well as displaying WWII memorabilia and equipment\, the tribute will offer an unforgettable evening for veterans to meet one another and honor their heroic service. Following the dinner\, guests will hop off their seats and dance the night away with classic hits by Ladies Must Swing. Together for over 19 years\, the 23-person all female band will feature high-energy performances with nostalgic big band\, swing and jazz music. From saxophones\, trombones\, trumpets and percussion to guitars\, bass\, piano and vocals\, Ladies Must Swing will offer nonstop entertainment for veterans and loved ones to enjoy all evening long. \n
