DESCRIPTION:Enjoy a free live planetarium show featuring the languages\, star connections\, traditional music\, and cultural images of six Wisconsin Nations: Ho-Chunk\, Menominee\, Ojibwe\, Oneida\, Potawatomi\, and Stockbridge-Munsee. Developed in partnership with members of each nation in 2018\, this program aims to share cultural aspects of Indigenous peoples\, preserve their perceptions of the sky\, and educate the public about Native American culture present today in the community. This event is cosponsored by the Electa Quinney Institute and the American Indian Studies Department. \n
