Join us in The Yard at BAYSHORE on Tuesdays 8/6\, 8/13\, 8/20 and 8/27 for a FREE high energy Boot Camp style workout where they will get the music tempo up and the movements flowing. The more the merrier as they are getting fit and having fun at the same time with these playful\, dynamic\, and ever-changing workouts using dumbbells\, resistance bands\, and body weight.
