DESCRIPTION:On January 19\, 2017\, the Milwaukee County Historical Society is proudly partnering with the Florentine Opera Company\, in celebration of our new exhibit\, Melodies and Memories: 200 Years of Milwaukee Music. The Florentine kicks off this exhibit’s series of special events with an evening of song at our 3rd Street Historical Center. Audiences will be transported through time with a performance by the Florentine Opera Studio Artists\, featuring vocal selections from the opera’s musically and dramatically rich 83 years in Milwaukee. \nNo cost to attend but donations are appreciated. \n
