DESCRIPTION:Turn up the heat at this fantastic fundraiser\,a beloved tradition at St. Ann Center’s Stein Campus\, 2801 E. Morgan Ave.\, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday\, Nov. 23. \nCheck out hundreds of pieces of vintage jewelry\, including pierced and clip-on earrings\, watches\, cuff links and more that’s been donated throughout the year for our volunteers to prepare for sale at amazingly low prices. \nThen taste your way through a super selection of chili donated by local restaurants: beef\, chicken\, vegetarian\, extra-spicy and mild varieties\, served with all the fixings. Just $3 for a 12-oz. bowl\, or $5 for a flight of four 6-oz. bowls. (It’s especially good with the authentic fry bread that’s also available!) Enjoy it in our cafe or take the elevator to our veranda to listen to toe-tapping live music\, from the Non-Prophets\, back by popular demand from 10 a.m. to noon. \nFor more great buys\, explore offerings from quality local vendors selling local produce\, natural soaps and lotions\, handcrafted items\, home decor and unique gifts. Then drop in on Sr. Edna’s Creations\, a boutique featuring one-of-a-kind creations designed by Sr. Edna Lonergan\, St. Ann Center president and founder. \nAll proceeds from the chili and jewelry sale go to support the care of children and adults of all ages and abilities at St. Ann Center. \n
