SUMMARY:Expedition to Lake Michigan
DESCRIPTION:This event is part of the Wisconsin Science Festival. \nIf you took all the water out of Lake Michigan\, what would you see? A hidden ecosystem that is just as important to people as the water. Researchers from the School of Freshwater Sciences will demonstrate what ecological information they collect and what it tells us about Lake Michigan. Take a video ride on the UW-Milwaukee vessel\, The Neeskay\, and then see how water behaves in a large tank when you change conditions like temperature\, flow and light. Finally\, don’t miss the groovy “Fluid Flow Experience” before or after the show. \n
