Join UPAF CEO Patrick Rath as he engages in a virtual Q&A with leaders of several UPAF Member Groups\, giving insight on the current state of these organizations and looking ahead to future innovative plans. This virtual panel\, which will be streamed on the UPAF Facebook page\, will also include exciting performances from top local artists. \nThis event is free and open to the public.
