DESCRIPTION:One hundred and seventy nine batches of beer later (with only a few repeats)\, Amorphic Beer will celebrate three years of operation on Saturday\, Dec 14th from noon to 10pm in all 7000 square feet of our taproom\, brewery\, and event space. A full day of beer releases\, original live music in the backroom\, a unique DJ+VJ set to close out the night\, and food trucks! \nLIVE MUSIC AND EXPERIMENTAL DJ+VJ SET \nOriginal live music on the woodshed stage behind the brewery: \n\n3:00 PAY THE DEVIL – Riverwest bluegrass with some edge\n4:15 THE CITROSONICS – Chicago funk pop punk\n5:30 FLOOR MODEL – Riverwest Rockers for decades\n6:45 SMART SHOPPERS – Dorkwave punk from Green Bay\n8:00 RIVERWEST DEPT OF PARTY WORKS – Experimental DJ+VJ set\n\nBEER \nWe will be pouring starting at noon at two different bars. Planned special beer releases in addition to our current taplist: \n\nDDH CZ RIWAKA TURBULENT FLOW (5.5%) – Special variant of our Czech Pilsner double dry hopped with Riwaka\nSUPERDELIC INDEMNITY (7.5%) – Superdelic+Motukea Hazy DIPA\nOVESNÉ TMAVÉ PIVO (6.0%) – Oatmeal Czech Dark Lager (yea\, we made it up)\nDDH FLUFFY LOGIC KRUSH (6.3%) – Krush (HBC-586) hops in a popular package\n2023 TOASTED COCONUT MAJOR PARTICLES (12.2%) – 2023 BF release while it lasts\nWINE BARREL AGED BRETT SAISON V4 (8.4%) – Wild fermented Saison\, funkytown USA\nDOUBLE CHERRY BRETT SUPER SAISON (13.5%) – Ridiculous wild fermented Super Saison with tart and sweet dark cherries\nSHORT PALINDROMIC REPEATS (7.0%) – West Coast Juicy IPA with Nelson and Rakau\n\nFOOD \nTwo food trucks out front from 2-8pm. Romero’s taco truck will be on site with tacos\, carne asada fries\, and more\, and Double Dubs will be slinging their award winning wings\, tots\, and sauces. \n
