DESCRIPTION:This event takes place throughout the Historic Concordia neighborhood. \nThe 35th Annual Historic Concordia Home & Garden and Historic Neighborhood Trolley Tours welcome visitors to explore historic homes and gardens and approach homeowners to discover hidden secrets and histories of their houses. Enjoy a walk through our historic neighborhood; take a guided trolley tour of the neighborhood; watch a presentation by author Sarah A. Chrisman (This Victorian Life); attend a live demonstration of Victorian bicycles by Gabriel Chrisman; stop by our Beer Tasting Garden; bid on awesome items at our Silent Auction; and\, stop by The New State to take in an art exhibit\, live music\, family centric entertainment and explore the future of the historic State Theater. \nWalking tours are $20 and guided trolley tours are $50. \n  \n
