This beautiful building on the corner of North Broadway and East Chicago streets was designed by Charles Crane and built in 1902 for The American Candy Co. It was operated from 1950 until Joseph Property Development, LLC acquired it in 2003 from the Rauschenberger Co. a manufacturer of twine and cords.
