This is a great day for the whole family. Proceeds from this event go to support your favorite radio station WMSE.

Look out Milwaukee ‘cause WMSE’s 14th Annual Rockabilly Chili Fundraiser is Sunday, March 6 at the MSOE Kern Center (1245 N. Broadway) from 11 to 4 p.m.

There will be firemen, chili races, music by the Kevin Fayte Rock Trio, and close to 50 restaurants competing for best: meat, heat, unique, veggie or presentation all decided by your votes.  Get your tickets now at the WMSE studios or online at wmse.org and save $3. Bring two non-perishable goods to donate to Hunger Task Force and you’ll receive two extra sampling tickets!

If you’re looking for some extra heat to knock your socks off, pick up a bottle of WMSE Hot Sauce made by our friends at Man’s Best Friend. This year’s hot sauce features a whole lot of spice and tequila infused cherries.  Instantly it was dubbed La Salsa De Los Muertos or Salsa of The Dead.  Milwaukee Brewing Co will serve the craft beers to help quell the spice and wash down all that chili!

And finally don’t forget to bring the kids because Artists Working in Education will have crafts and fun to keep them entertained.

This is a great day for the whole family. Proceeds from this event go to support your favorite radio station WMSE.

The Rockabilly Chili Fundraiser could not happen without the support of OnMilwaukee, Von Briesen and Roper s.c., Whole Foods Market, and Clark Graphics.
