Milwaukee – Milwaukee County Supervisor Peggy Romo West, District 12, will host a series of events to celebrate the life of Dayana Garcia Bados. Garcia was 24-years-old when her estranged husband, Jose Luis Discua Bados, murdered her on January 3rd, 2012 in the backyard of her family’s home on South 13th Street in Milwaukee.

“As a mother of three beautiful girls, I am haunted by the murder of Dayana Garcia Bados,” said Supervisor Romo West. “The savagery of her death and the fact that it took place in front of her grandmother compel me to work with the Garcia family, the Milwaukee Police Department and the District Attorney’s office to ensure justice, which starts with finding Discua Bados.”
