Special Election for 5th District County Supervisor

Milwaukee County Clerk Joe Czarnezki announced that the County Executive has ordered a special election to fill the vacancy of 5th District County Supervisor created by the resignation of Supervisor Russell W. Stamper II, who was recently elected to the Milwaukee Common Council.

Milwaukee County Clerk Joe Czarnezki announced that the County Executive has ordered a special election to fill the vacancy of 5th District County Supervisor created by the resignation of Supervisor Russell W. Stamper II, who was recently elected to the Milwaukee Common Council.

The special election will be held in conjunction with the regular fall election, with the primary election, if necessary, on August12, 2014 and the general election on November 4.

The first day for candidates for 5th District County Supervisor to circulate nomination papers is May 12, 2014.  The deadline for filing nomination papers is 5:00 p.m. on June 2, 2014.
